Iván Sánchez Aravena is a versatile musician and composer who has collaborated with leading orchestras such as the Chilean Symphony Orchestra, the Santiago Philharmonic, and the Leipzig Baroque Orchestra. He has also worked with legendary artists like Rick Wakeman (keyboardist of Yes). Formed at the Hochschule für Musik Weimar, with further studies at the Mozarteum University Salzburg, Iván specialized in orchestral performance in Austria, studying with the principal double bassist of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. He masterfully blends classical tradition with modern sensibilities, creating unique soundscapes for film and audiovisual projects. As a member of the International Musicological Society, his work reflects a deep connection between music history and innovation.
