The person behind the project IZHAV is Izabelle Norén Nielsen, born on the Swedish westcoast. After being left with many unanswered questions about life while growing up, she left to explore the world. The trip came to last for 5 years. Streetmusic came to be her profession while hitch-hiking around the world. From the mountaintops of Himalaya to southern parts of the U.S and further on to the countryside of France. The music she wrote was a way to process all the experiences and thoughts.
After returning to Sweden she moved out on the countryside and began to work through the material she had carried around. IZHAV is her solo project where these stories come to life through the music.
In 2021 she released her debut EP "SAMAN" and 2023 she released another EP. First single was Rosmary, followed up by yet another EP 2024, to be continued!
