Born in Norway, Izzie grew up participating in many spare-time activities. Most of them were connected to music. She said she would become a superstar at only six years old, and the dream hasn’t changed. Even tho she took violin and piano lessons, Izzie always knew that singing was her thing, and later on, she discovered songwriting. Inspired by everyone from jazz vocalists such as Jazzmeia Horn, Esperanza Spalding and Ella Fitzgerald to more modern musicians like Pink Floyd, Billie Eilish and FKA Twigs, Izzie strives to combine the old with the new, tying it all together with heartfelt improvisation.
