Joseph Barnabas Seal is a 42 year old producer/mc from Peterborough, England. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland he is the former front man of Jazz hip hop collective Livesciences. He has been producing music from the age of 14. Keys player and vocalist, everything he writes is from the heart and often exposing. All tracks on the new EP 'So Damn Sleepy' were born from calamity, a coping process, catharsis. Honest and open about his mental health, believing the more we show our vulnerabilities the better we can connect with one another.
