J Don, a 24-year-old independent artist from Pennsylvania, uses music as a personal outlet, as well as a canvas for expressing his inner thoughts, feelings, and ideas. He thoroughly enjoys the process of transferring those ideas to the instrumentals, never afraid of experimenting with different sounds. Varying his flows from song to song, he provides vivid imagery and syllabic rhyme schemes within his distinct writing style that carry themselves throughout every track he appears on. Heavily influenced by a variety of artists - such as Eminem, 50 Cent, Joyner Lucas, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, and KUB, just to name a few - he continues to establish his own sound and presence in the world of Hip Hop. He’s not driven by the newfound formula of today’s Hip Hop, solely working at his own pace and style, making sure every song is as perfect as can be before delivering it to the public.

J Don continues to work behind the scenes, with plans to formulate a fresh new project. After spending time adjusting to new things in his personal life, he has never lost the passion for the art form. He will surely make his return…in due time…
