Jasmine Lopez (born May 13, 1997) also known as J. Enso, is a musician, singer & songwriter. She is of Dominican & Puerto Rican descent and is a native of Sunset Park, Brooklyn, New York. Growing up with a mother who liked to sing and being inspired by her uncle (Eddy Manuel, lead singer of the famous Dominican Merengue group, Sin Fronteras) she got her start singing in church at the age of 4. She began to play instruments at the age of 9, including the drums & the piano. Developing a profound love for music, Lopez began composing at the age of 14 and quickly learned how to play the guitar & the ukulele. She is inspired by artists such as Daddy Yankee, Selena Quintanilla and Romeo Santos. Lopez is an independent artist and has been releasing music under her label, Enso Music from 2018 till present.
