J Theory- spearheaded by Jay Guarino- is a passion project that aims to put feelings on paper. With music being such an integral part of Jay&#39;s identity, it is no secret that they leave a piece of themself in each and every song they put out. Jay is a self-taught guitarist and has been a trained vocalist since 2017. As a writer since middle school, they aim to paint vivid scenes through their lyrics, working to encapsulate heavier feelings along the way. Jay hopes that their listeners can tune in and feel whatever they may be feeling one-hundred percent shamelessly.
