J Valerix, born Valerio Guercio, is a music producer from Palermo, born in 1999.

From a young age, he demonstrated a strong inclination toward listening to music. During his teenage years, after first mastering various DJing techniques with his small console and then studying the keyboard independently (a key instrument for experimenting with harmony concepts by ear), he decided to delve into using software to create music tracks.

He has produced tracks like "Giza”, supported by <a href="spotify:artist:1u7OVFmWah4wQhOPIbUb8U" data-name="Will Sparks">Will Sparks</a>' Bourne Recordings, and "My Body”, created in collaboration with Marnage and Jay Whoke, and distributed by Warner Music Philippines. In 2020, his bootleg remix of <a href="spotify:artist:3egWSWp7Y4FyCKIyvXbw7L" data-name="Ghali">Ghali</a>'s "Good Times" aired on M2O in the program "Albertino Everyday”. He has participated in major events such as Milan Music Week and opened for artists like <a href="spotify:artist:4l0PmbNvFq3m5JaUuAPbcB" data-name="Caparezza">Caparezza</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5SulO4l40qDuV9zUGLZx7n" data-name="Capo Plaza">Capo Plaza</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:7F2utINZ6tSokSiZTQBE27" data-name="Guè">Guè</a>. In 2022, he performed nationally, including at the ICE event in Rome. In 2024, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Music from the Alessandro Scarlatti Conservatory in Palermo, where he was awarded a scholarship.
