Jack Torrance is a singer/songwriter from Glasgow drawing inspiration from the likes of The Killers, The Snuts, Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds & Sam Fender. He kick started his career with his first ever headline gig at a sold out Hug & Pint in February. Jack then went onto release his debut single 'Reminisce' which gained radio plays on Jim Gellatly's new emerging music on Amazing Radio and plays on GoRadio. Since then, he went on to play a joint sold out headline showcase gig with Grady Kinnell, Panhead Sharps and 'Alloa' band Tonto at King Tuts. Jack then went onto release his second single 'Something Changed'. A bittersweet indie-pop song about moving on and letting go of the past. This song is a fan favourite at Jack's gigs as the crowd always seem to get moving for it and sing along to the catchy chorus. With it only being 7 months into Jack's music career, he is set to play his biggest headline show at King Tuts Summer Nights Festival on the 23rd August 2025. Being one of the few solo artists to headline at the festival, Jack has been working extra hard on the preparation for the show on the 23rd by introducing a bass player to his band making it a 4 piece and has since been writing new material to debut on the night.
