Raised in Maryland, Jackintheway is the culminating artist identity of digital creator & music maker, Jack Rome.
After years of performance experience at countless house concerts and intimate shows, he got a taste for bigger stages under the name "Jahn Rome," opening for artists such as Wu-Tang Clan, GASHI, Steve Aoki and Dumbfoundead, as well as selling out his first headline show.
In 2020, he retired this role as "Jahn Rome" and assumed the name Jackintheway, embracing a more free-spirited approach to his creative process, genre make-up and artistic journey. He now performs regularly with the Sofar Sounds concert series in Washington, D.C.
His new album, Feivel Speaks, marks the beginning of a distinct chapter, solidifying the Jackintheway sound as Jack produced and wrote the entirety of the album.
