Formed by school mates in Jack’s actual ‘plant shed’ and encouraged by Jack from the sidelines, Jack’s Plant Shed are a 3 piece, Naarm based, Surf and Punk Rock band, with influences ranging from early grunge and garage punk, to modern Australian surf.
The heavily grunge influenced guitar and drums create huge choruses, danceable tunes and a high energy performance. With influences coming from artists like Ruby Fields, Carla Geneve, Skeggs and RAT!Hammock and playing with local bands like Karen Took The Kids, Melonade and In Transit, Jack’s Plant Shed are sure to offer the crowd a good show.
The band are thrilled to debut their catchy single ‘Homely’, a song about coming together and getting amongst it again after a very relatable period of isolation. With show’s planned across Melbourne, JPS are super excited to play Homely to new audiences.
