Jacob Arnold & The Bird Dogs hail from Mississippi; formed in the year 2020, they blend all of their influences of Old School Country, Rock n’ Roll, and their favorite Red Dirt Country artists to create a sound that is reminiscent of times before the mainstream country of today. In August of 2022, they released their first full length album titled “Empty Bottles,” which included the two singles “Second Chances” and the title track, “Empty Bottles.” Also included on the album are two covers; “Mad, Bad, and Dangerous” by local legend and one of the pioneers of Alt Country, Cary Hudson, of Blue Mountain. Also featured is our cover of “Rock Salt & Nails,” originally written by Bruce Duncan “Utah” Phillips.
