Jacober has made a name for himself in Baltimore and beyond by performing and producing his own neo-exotica, pop music. He first entered the music scene in 2008 as one of three founding members and drummer of Baltimore noise-rock band, Dope Body
( https://www.dragcity.com/artists/dope-body ). His first project as a solo musician, Water Karaoke, was released in 2010. Jacober has since continued focused his own musical pursuits as well as producing several up and coming Baltimore musicians. Additionally, Jacober has recorded and toured extensively with Baltimore based, electronic musician and composer, Dan Deacon and recorded with various artists including, Future Islands.
His most recent release, Light Years, explores the ideas of growing pains and reluctant optimism through lush, multi-layered marimba and drum-driven compositions.
Jacober is currently cultivating a new set of singles, expected to be released throughout 2023.
