Jacobi

Jacobi is an R&B/Pop artist from Prattville, Alabama. Jacobi has always had a strong love for music. Growing up singing in the church is how this R&B/Pop crooner developed his singing craft. Jacobi graduated from Alabama State University and worked as a computer programmer for 6 years, but eventually quit that job in 2016 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue music full time. 

Jacobi has opened for some well known R&B artists, including Monica, Chrisette Michele and Marsha Ambrosius, and has shared the stage with R&B superstar Tyrese. In 2020, Jacobi landed a role in Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Farewell Play Tour” as Malik and traveled across the U.S., performing for hundreds of thousands of people. The play is streaming on BET+ and BET. That let to Jacobi exploring acting a little more, landing small roles in "Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance With Somebody", "The Last Thing He Told Me" on Apple TV, and a few commercials. 

Jacobi is very well-versed in entertainment. His experience includes singing, songwriting, producing, playing the piano and drums, theater and acting. The 2019 "Revisions" EP was all written, produced and recorded by Jacobi. Think of Jacobi as the perfect blend of Trey Songz, Charlie Puth and Shawn Mendes. He offers pop-infused R&B sounds unlike no other.
