From opening slots for the likes of Ice Cube, Apollo Brown & Skyzoo and Looptroop, collaborating with artists and producers from Euope to the US, to rocking shows around his native Finland and several European countries, JAG has kept spreading his signature no-holds-barred style of lyricism and rugged boom bap sound to hip hop heads far and wide.
After releasing 4 albums and 3 EP’s in English, the experienced MC dropped his first Finnish-language album in January 2024. And to keep things interesting, he kicked off 2025 by dropping his first Swedish-language project as a member of the Fenno-Swedish supergroup FYRK. While most of his Nordic colleagues have switched to rapping in their native languages altogether, JAG is returning to his roots on his brand new EP, Shop Talk 2, a 5-track, hard-hitting, no-frills boom bap project produced by Bluf.
The seasoned artist stays on his grind and vows to keep approaching the rap game art and heart first, unconcerned about trends and waves.
