Jah Soldier is Tendani Maiwashe who was born in 12 March 1980 at Tshituni tsha fhasi, raised in Dzanani Musanda. Jah Soldier resides at Mbilwi in Thohoyandou Limpopo province in South Africa.
The first and successful album was released in 2014 titled “Nndededze”, according to Jah Soldier, Nndededze is the best known album and has achieved a lot. Nndededze was nominated for 2014 SATMA Awards in Best Reggae Album category.
Through Nndededze Jah Soldier was announced the TSHIMA 2015 best Reggae artist of the year.
In 2018 Jah Soldier released album “Ndi a livhuwa” that includes track “Vhule Vhule” which has attracted a lot of fans. The album consists of 9 tracks and was nominated for best Reggae artist of the year 2018 (TSHIMA5).
