Born on October 5th 1992, Aheto Cudjo Silas known showbiz wise as Jahwyz is a musician from Accra, Ghana whose love for reggae music developed at a very young age. His father been a reggae event organizer, a reggae artist and owned a sound system called “The Thunder Boat” from Jamaica as well, his reggae passion grew at the early age of twelve [12] singing and performing reggae songs.
Jahwyz was greatly influenced by lots of reggae super stars around the world from the likes of Keith Blair [Anthony B] especially and other music from reggae soldiers like; the legendary Bob Marley, Jacob Miller, Luciano, Chukki Star and more have been of great help to his music journey as a professional reggae musician. He enjoys recording and performing his music with live band which he believes makes him a complete reggae artiste ready to reach the biggest market in the reggae industry.
With some few singles like; “Brand New Day” “Stranger Love” “My Life” “Most High” among others. He later got a firm stand into the reggae industry in Ghana and formed his own crew called “Ranking Family” which was like his backbone or term it die-hard movement for his brand. He also got more recognition in the reggae industry with his energized live band performances with the renowned music band “Bibiba Band” as he stormed almost all the big and small concerts organized in Ghana by reggae promoters.
