Starting music at 18 years old, Jai Is From Oak Grove Louisiana, But Grew Up In Hamburg, Arkansas. After constantly telling his uncle Tae Trent he wanted to be involved in the music business, his uncle finally gave in. His uncle sat him down with the same producer who gave Lil Snupe his first production.


Within minutes Jai had his first single ready to go! He quickly dropped his first single "Right Now" which was debuted on the areas leading radio station by the Late famed DJ, GoDj Star! Dj star also gave him his first radio interview.


Jai released his first project "I Am Me" in January 2020. His leading single "Right Now" was remixed. Being Added to the remix was major artist "Louisiana Cash" aka LuiZana.


Quickly following that, he released he dropped his first music video as well as a slu of other singles throughout the pandemic. Follow the small success of his first project, he locked back in for his second. Titled "Freshman Year". Jai Trent ended 2020 with his 2nd project which as gained over 30k streams in its first week on spotify.
