“Since founding the project in 2019, Jaime’s Tone has developed a style that fuses pop, rock, hard rock, and progressive rock, creating a sonic identity that moves between indie rock and post-punk. […] His work has been recognized for its refined production and emotional depth, making him a benchmark in alternative rock”. Indie AM, Mexico
Since 2019 and the founding of Jaime’s Tone by Jacques M. a composer, songwriter and arranger from Paris, France, Jaime’s Tone has released a total of five albums. The latest one is a “Best Of” compilation, released in May 2025. Jyla’s Precious Blog calls the album “a reimagined retrospective with new clarity and heart”, while COCOMYRRH states that it is “a vibrant rebirth that redefines what a greatest hit album should be”.
Previously, Jaime’s Tone had released an album in two versions: one entitled All Those Years in English, and another one entitled Ces années-là in French. Both albums feature more personal songs from Jacques M., hence a different logo on the covers.
Before that, Jaime’s Tone had already released Take Your Chance in 2024, Alone in the City of Dreams in 2023, and Futuristic Apocalypse, in 2021.
