JAK FRAWST


Sean Williams known by stage name JAK FRAWST, grew up in Jamaica Queens, New York. Jak fell in love with Hip Hop music at the tender age of 5, But it wasn’t until he was an adolescent, that he and a childhood friend would be approached by Black Rock and Ron to become a part of a rap group called Derelect Camp. Their single’ Move It In, Move It Out’ was #72 on Billboard Charts and it played on MTV, BET and The Box.
Jak also recorded and toured with Digital Underground, under the alias ‘Stylez’. He also wrote the hook for Bell, Biv, Devoe’s song ’The Hot Shit, which awarded him the opportunity to perform on Soul Train.
In 2005 Jak also produced,’ Living My Life’ for Ray Cash, coproduced by Rockwilder on the Cash on Delivery album.
Jak has also done production for All Access DVD Live Squad, E Money Bags and Nature.
Now he’s back with a riveting song,’Through Crystal’s Eyes. The theme song from the play, about a young woman who was in an abusive relationship and how she survived it. The follow up to that song is’ I Got To Make It’ produced by Jaz O.
Jak’s goal is to build his own brand and give back to his community. He started an Indie music company, looking to venture with a ‘Major Record Label, so he can develop new talent, while inspiring young artists and paving the way for new and up and coming artists.
