Jalen Quinn

Jalen Quinn is a rapper and producer hailing from East Houma, Louisiana. He first began rapping to get attention from his peers, but developed a love and passion for music he didn’t know he had. Being a homegrown Louisianan, he is influenced by Curren$y, Webbie, and Wayne, but his inspiration stretches beyond the boot with love for artists like Larry June, Jay-Z, and Nipsey Hussle.
Jalen produced most of his music within the span of 5 independent projects, with much more content to come. Mostly influenced by Pi’erre Bourne, Quinn’s beats are mostly melodic and up tempo but also vary in dark sounds. With music that has a clear message of self sufficiency and being authentic no matter the situation, Jalen Quinn’s style could be considered “motivation music”.
His music is also defined by the overall tone of perseverance and hustlers’ ambition.
Jalen Quinn’s first ever live performance took place at Poet’s in Lafayette, Louisiana, but his second performance at the House of Blues in New Orleans is what defined his stage presence and confidence in live performance.
Since then, Quinn has also rocked the stage at Warehouse Live in Houston, Texas and several other venues in Louisiana with hopes to take his talents beyond the south.
