Jam-Lab was a jam-oriented fusion electric trio out of southwest Michigan. The band featured John Austin (6-string electric bass), Jim Carr (electric guitar), and Mike Curtis (electronic and acoustic drums, percussion). Jam-Lab merged jazz, funk, and hard rock to form its own dynamic groove and unique instrumental style that captivated audiences in a wide range of venues.
