James Daytona grew up in the inner city of Indianapolis, Indiana. As a teenager James involved himself in gang violence, drug distribution and the consumption of marijuana. While in High School James surrendered his heart to the Lord. He began to pray and have bible study in his bedroom after school. The Lord began to call James into the music ministry. Upon answering that call James won two first place talent show trophies sophomore and junior year. Fast forward a few years, James married the love of his life and started a family. Shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer and two years later by GODS grace James was healed. Within the last few years James has traveled the country and released mixtapes, albums & singles to inspire believers to hold on to Gods word. James Daytona's future desire is to spread the conviction of the gospel so that young BELIEVERS live saved and live born again free lives.
