Jamie Hance is an Independent British Rapper and Songwriter from North London. He started his musical mission after gaining popularity from an early recording of one of his songs entitled 'IWU'. The song went on to prove popular with the audience of 'BBC Introducing' back in 2017, when the station ran a competition for up and coming artists. After entering the competition, Jamie went on to win it, after gaining over 1000 votes from the listeners.
Following the success of this, Jamie went onto to secure a development deal, where he started writing and recording his first EP 'Everything', which was released in 2019. The single 'Hope For Change' received appreciation from clubs and radio DJs & his second single off the EP, 'Beep' featured grime star 'DJ Ironik'.
Since then, Jamie has gone onto perform with greats like Brit Award winner 'Mutya Buena' & MOBO Award winner 'Alesha Dixon' and has received appreciation from artists such as 'Artful Dodger' & 'Paigey Cakey'. In 2019 Jamie's first headline show sold out and he also played to a sold out crowd at the '02 Academy' in Islington. In the last year he's released three tracks 'Why', 'Like That' featuring up-and-coming artist 'Gemma-Louise', which was released via 'Link Up TV' and now has a new track entitled 'WD'. These are all taken from his new 10-track project 'Time', which is due to be released in March 2022.
