Filipino independent singer-songwriter and producer JAN AMIEL creates music as a form of self-reflection, self-expression, and a way to connect. His Alternative, Indie, Pop, and Rock influences, fused with his love for old films have shaped the music he creates and the artist he has become since releasing his first song. Born Jan Amiel Aban in Bulacan, the artist began making music at the age of 17 by self-recording covers and producing some of it with common things found at home. Releasing music since 2020 during the pandemic, songs like "O.D.A. (Overthinking, Depression, Anxiety)", "The Hardest Part of it is Goodbye", "i'm okay...", and "Love Will Find Its Way" helped him engage with people where everyone is safely seen, heard, and understood, with the hope to make the world feel a little less lonely. JAN AMIEL is currently creating a full-length album and is set to release it by the latter part of 2025.
