Jannik is a singer-songwriter as well as a classical musician. After growing up in Germany, he moved to New York City, where he found lots of inspiration for his songwriting. He graduated from the Royal College of Music in London. After writing songs for many years alongside his studies, he finally released his first song, Quarter-Life Crisis, in March 2024. The track was followed by the singles Physical Touch and Song of the Day, leading up to the release of his first EP, American Party, in January 2025.
Jannik's music is about navigating life in one's twenties and all the heartbreaks, sleepless nights, and highs and lows that come with it. As a huge music nerd, he loves exploring a variety of musical genres and influences and strongly believes in the cathartic nature of songwriting.
