Jarryd West

Jarryd West is a young upcoming artist in the music industry based in Western Australia. For the last 6 years Jarryd has worked hard on creating a name for himself through busking the city streets of Perth and performing at multiple gigs. Jarryd has been seen performing on telethon 2017 and 2018, in 2019 he was selected by X-factor winner Samantha Jade to be her opening act for her concert at the Astor theatre. After that he decided to go find some inspiration for his songwriting and bought a 1-way ticket to London, he then travelled around Europe and busked in a fair few countries including Portugal, Spain, Holland, France, London, Oxford etc, as a way to start letting the world know who Jarryd West is.


"Music, specifically singing has been the most important aspect of my life since I was a child, I always had that dream of being up on stage performing for huge crowds and sharing my passion for music with the world. People always say to be realistic because the music industry is tough to break into, but as a great man once said 'Being realistic is the most commonly travelled road to mediocrity' so I'll continue to chase my dream and record songs I believe in and can relate to, I'll continue to write and record songs that tell my story."
