Raised in coastal city Melbourne, Australia, Jasmin Bade is an up-and-coming country artist bringing honesty and individuality to her sound. The singer-songwriter grew to love music that told stories, listening to the likes of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and The Chicks. From busking on the streets for pocket change and playing in festivals since the age of seven, Bade pursued her passion and studied music at the University of Tasmania. With a songwriting scholarship from the Australian Performing Rights Association, she worked alongside ARIA winners to hone her writing and performing skills.
Her latest single "Rent", co-written with Emily Kroll (Priscilla Block) and Brian Mckenna, debuted at no.3 on the iTunes charts and landed on the coveted "Fresh Finds Country" Spotify Playlist for over a month, while remaining on the KIX Country Radio Hottest 20 chart for 6 straight weeks.
