Jay Cavalier, historically known for his work as drummer for numerous outfits (Personal Best, Supermilk, Honey Joy, ONSIND), and for a brief solo effort under the moniker Crushing, is heading in a new direction. Described by respected radio DJ Shaun Keaveny as "somewhere between Bragg and Springsteen", Jay and his friends agree this isn't far off.
Speaking of friends, the project has so far recruited the wisdom and/or talent of lyrical genius Nathy SG (Martha, ONSIND), bassist and pro wrestling upstart Charlie Jamison (Supermilk), handsome lead guitarist Gabriel Mackenzie (Self Torque), virtuoso de piano Tom Baker (Just Blankets), and close personal saxophonist Will Hattersley (Honey Joy). Jay thanks his friends for their efforts.
With four singles released at time of writing, the project is moving forward to write a full length LP.
