Jay Sinclair creates a charming, sophisticated brand of acoustic pop-rock. A singer-songwriter with a jazz-guitar background, he began his musical journey at the age of seven as his mother started to teach him guitar. Leaving school early to join the Navy, Jay credits this as a lifesaving move and a move that brought him closer to music. After being discharged from the Navy, he dabbled in the Seattle music scene, while spending most of his time pursuing a business career. But as that world grew increasingly disillusioning, he found himself compelled to devote himself to music. So, he enrolled in a local music program and later at Berklee College of Music, then headed out to LA, where he could further hone his songwriting skills in earnest. His debut album ‘Ghost in My Guitar’ showcases his gift for poetic storytelling and soulful, blues-inspired vocals. It is a collection of meaningful songs that will resonate deeply with his ever-growing fan base.
