East Oakland storyteller. Therapy through bars.

Born from the concrete of East Oakland, Jayda Truth turns pain into poetry and trauma into testimony. Her music is raw, unfiltered truth—the kind of healing that happens in studio booths, not therapist offices.

With a voice that blends melodic grit and lyrical precision, Jayda creates soundscapes where vulnerability meets street wisdom. Her debut album Therapy On Tuesdays explores healing in all its forms—personal reckonings, spiritual grounding, toxic love, and the catharsis found on dance floors.

From protest anthems like "No Tears For Black Girls" to introspective tracks like "Outside Voice" and "Living Proof," Jayda's catalog is a sanctuary for those who've been through it. She represents for Black women who hold the world together while the world forgets to hold them.

Her production blends soulful boom-bap, atmospheric textures, and that signature Bay Area hyphy energy that runs through her veins. Every track is a session—intimate, honest, and unapologetically Oakland.

This is therapy on wax. This is Jayda Truth.
