From a young age exposure to musical pioneers created interest and curiosity for Jaz. The sounds of artists like Andre 3000, Lil Wayne, Michael Jackson, Trey Songz, J. Cole, and wide variety of Gospel played a large part in the development of his taste in music. A Battle Creek, MI, native, Jaz looks to create a path for artists from this small town to excel. Graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Sociology, Jaz finds music to be his platform to share social commentary. It’s where melodies meet the mind.
