J.D. Nero is a Brooklyn native, who has a heavy passion for Music. He fell in love with Hip-Hop in 1999 and fell deeper into music as time passed. Writing was always a talent of his so music quickly became a hobby. After a few years of playing around, and some guidance from a good friend J.D. decided to do more than write songs. He recorded his first full length project in early 2009 and it was released at the end of that year. The single “The Remedy” was said to be a good bounce with a vintage style. He later went on to become part of the group “Empire Nation”. The group featured on his 2011 project “No Shades of Gray” and together they released two group projects (Empire Nation 1 and 2). In 2012 he went back to being a solo artist. He went a very different route musically and began to curate events in New York City as well.
