Émile Biayenda, a renowned drummer and percussionist, leads Les Tambours de Brazza as both drummer and artistic director. He collaborates with various ensembles, including a trio with François Raulin (piano) and Majid Bekkas (guimbri and vocals), as well as the group Muzungu with Tatiana Paris (guitar) and David Merlo (bass).
He also performs in the Delbecq3 trio with Benoît Delbecq (piano) and Miles Perkins (double bass), and the Philippe Parant Trio with Philippe Parant (guitar) and Guillaume Souriau (double bass). Émile is part of Soba-Blues with Moussa Koita (vocals, guitar) and Vincent Bucher (harmonica, vocals), and collaborates with the Sam Mangwana International Band. As a musician and artistic director, he works with Tania Le Saché from ARB Music and contributes to the Comptines d’Afrique YouTube channel, dedicated to African children’s music.
