Jeff St John was an undisputed icon of Australian rock music.
He started to deliver great music from 1967 through the band “The ID”, until the critically acclaimed and highly regarded "Jeff St John & Copperwine", who have remained an Australian staple since 1969.
Jeff's rich brassy arrangements on his rock album “So Good So Far” personified the 70s, and after retiring from live performances he continued to record and again gave us more exceptional music, all with a tight rock edge.
Sadly, we lost Jeff in March 2018, however his musical legacy will live forever, and for that we thank him.
