Jegz1 created Trench Management to reform ex-criminals into formal artist careers. It was his intention that less young men are on the street and more young men have their aggression, trauma and experiences vocalised for Melbourne's audience to enjoy. He hopes that by having a platform in the music industry, Melbourne Drill can represent transition and change rather than violence and danger.
