Jennifer Jimenez

Jennifer Jimenez was born in Florida, but spent much of her childhood summers in Venezuela. She currently resides in Tampa Bay, Florida where she is extremely active in her church’s youth program. Her Christianity has played an invaluable role in shaping her music.

Jennifer’s relationship with music began at a young age when she used to sing in church and with her family. However, her love for music blossomed when she began being bullied by her peers in school. Music created a solace for Jennifer in which she could escape the negativity of the outside world.

This passion for music led her to join her school’s chorus program as well as show choir. She has since had the opportunity to perform in front of the White House. As a solo act, she has performed at weddings, school talent shows, birthday parties, the American Idol experience, and America’s Got Talent. When it comes to music, Jennifer not only sings but also plays the piano and guitar; having picked up on the instruments from her father and her younger brother.

Jennifer knew that singing and recording is something that God called her to do. Many times, she would be driving or shopping, and would become inspired by the lyrics that had come to her. Her upcoming album is a reflection of her love for the Lord as well as her journey with Christianity. Jennifer credits God as her number one inspiration, always.
