It's not often the polished finish or a sleek presentation that helps songs connect... The best songs find themselves etched in memories and included in the soundtracks of people's lives because of their raw, real and vulnerable qualities. It is the truth that connects. Whether his songs are enjoyed by listeners as a part of their faith journey or just background music during a long drive, this belief in the power of sugar-free songwriting has always been at the core of Jeremiah's songs.
Most recently Jeremiah released his most personal project to date; an EP and short film, both named "Day One."
About this project, Jeremiah says, "These songs are snapshots that track my trajectory from despair to hope during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. 'Runnin’, 'Day One' and 'Daylight' represent steps in my process of breaking free from the pressures and expectations that are so often placed upon us. We chose to travel back to Brest, France to film on location, because the city and our friends there have a huge part of my heart!"
For the last 30 years, Jeremiah has traveled extensively throughout Brazil and almost 40 other nations, leading worship and speaking in churches, conferences and outreaches in villages, stadiums and everywhere in between. In addition to "Day One," he has also written, performed and produced five full-length solo albums, two live EPs in Brazil and was a part of a series of live worship projects in Brazil entitled “Sound of Rain Live."
