From New Braunfels Texas, (Jerome Dillon Bettersworth) is a diverse self run artist who started making music in late 2018, when he made his first album at 13. These early albums are where Jerome learned how to make beats and engineer for himself. At 17 due to inspiration from bootsy collins he picked up the bass guitar and quickly learned how to utilize it to his style. He first considered himself to be a hiphop artist, but always ends up making something even he didn’t know he could create resulting in a musical sound between neo-soul and Funk. In his music you might find fast lyrical rap songs but on beats featuring the heavy bass and synths of the 70s funk era. Dillon grew up in a household big on theatre giving him years of experience performing with vocals eventually inspiring him to make his own source material. he is heavily influenced by artists like earth wind & fire, Blue magic, Con Funk Shun, Lakeside,
P-Funk, Scarlxrd, and Erykah Badu.
