Singer, songwriter, music producer and designer, Jesús Pineda is passionate about making music that connects to the essential truths concerning who we are. His music encompasses the values of each individual to reach a sense of purpose to live a meaningful life, by bringing personal experiences through storytelling.
Born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Jesús Pineda gained recognition by singing genres such as Opera, Ballads, Boleros and Jazz across Honduran media. He went to the Savannah College of Art and Design to continue his studies in Architecture. While pursuing his degree, he was a singer for the university where he performed in graduations, private events, music and film festivals as well as musical theatre productions in the Lucas Theatre, Trustees Theatre and Mondanaro Theatre.
After two years working professionally in an architecture firm, and growing independently in his music production skills, Jesus decided to hone his skills and grow as an artist and pursue a Master of Music in Music Production, Technology and Innovation from Berklee College of Music where he has continued to expand his knowledge in songwriting, sound engineering. He has been working on a Latin/Pop Album set to release soon and has focused his thesis in developing audio reactive visuals for his electronic music project ‘Altar Q’, with emphasis in creating 3D-visual environments to capture ‘the architecture of the music you are listening to’.
