J.F.O is a rapper/singer hailing from Dublin, Ireland. J.F.O draws influence from his experiences growing up in Sydney, Australia and Singapore. Tapping into the harsh realities of life. With uncomfortable emotions & confronting inner demons Through a mixture of upbeat boom bap type songs to more emotional guitar-heavy emo rap type songs, J.F.O's music is a breath of fresh air with a high-energy live repertoire.

After reaching 100k listens across all platforms for one of his earliest singles 'Come Over When You're Sober' and gaining national airplay via The Tom Dunne Show on 106.0fm Newstalk, Ireland in 2019. J.F.O has kept the ball rolling since then. Releasing two mixtapes and numerous singles. J.F.O has also been featured on Spotify editorial playlist 'Alternative Ireland' and Goldenplecs 'Fresh Fridays' and nominated for Hot press 'The Hotties' for best rap/ hip hop artist in 2021.
