JH White is a folk rock artist residing in the mountains of Colorado. His music features minimalist guitar stylings to capture the sentiments of classic folk and midwest emo, but the heart of his work resides in his lyricism, often featuring self-deprecating statements and romantic blunders as featured on tracks such as "Jenny Killed Me" off of his EP "Everything You Can Do To Not Fall To Your Knees." White is constantly trying to experiment with new sounds within genre labels, such as the distorted tones on "The Stars Were Yours," the live ambience on emotional LP "Skylark" and electronic hybrids reminiscent of Car Seat Headrest's "The Scholars" on the concept album "Odin's Raven." He has several more projects lined up for the rest of 2025, including session recordings and the forthcoming single "Tattoo," which he describes as "the most surprising thing I'll have ever released - it's hopeful yet gut-wrenching and takes my vocals to a new level of vulnerability."
