JIIM started his career out with a heart felt single ‘@Worst Out Of Me’ late 2017. He then followed up with a summer anthem ‘@Get Down’ mid 2018 which is guaranteed to get you up & grooving with its reggae feel. Not long after that he closed the year out with a bang when he released a holiday single ‘Holiday Love’ which was featured on Band Geek Music Group Christmas album which lead to him releasing '@Gift Of Love- EP' feat @Dacia Mackey.

The singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & producer, born James Owens, Jr. - the son of James Owens, a musician who toured the world with artist such as Angie Stone , Stephanie Mills , Deitrick Haddon & more. They joined forces and started a production company which landed its first mainstream
appearance on Angie Stone ‘Rich Girl’ album. This was a pivotal moment, it preceded constant studio activity that resulted in solo and collaborative output issued throughout the last 10 years.

JIIM is an exceptionally talented artist who has his own unique sound. His sound is influenced by many genres such as R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, Christian/Gospel & more. To sum it up, lets just say anything with a beat works for him.
