My name is Jimbo Moody
I'm a Singer/Songwriter From Fort Worth Texas. I write quirky songs, I try to interpret life stories as I observe the world around me through light hearted humor Influenced by fun, toe tappin Country Music. After discovering the band KISS I was hooked. I started pretty young, I was playing in bands at the ripe old age of 14, we played mostly covers, This continued into early adulthood, I was writing songs, mostly bad songs, but I really enjoyed being creative. I settled down to raise my daughter and tried to provide for her a decent life. I took a job driving a truck Over The Road which killed all Intent to keep up a band situation. While I was on the road I discovered I loved Country music and gravitated to the Story Telling side of music, and discovered I had a knack for telling a story that would make you smile and laugh out loud, which leaves me to where I am today, I still drive a truck, but locally. I'm recording a bunch of music In my Home Studio, and starting to play out again, but as a solo artist. I'm totally Independent and do everything on my own. Including this here Bio which I typed out with two fingers!
