Jimbo, a.k.a. Jimbo Babbels, was born in Amsterdam and spent a big part of his childhood in Abcoude, a village nearby Amsterdam. As a child, he always wanted to be creative. Beside his passion for music, Jimbo loved making video's, acting and writing poëms. Only a few years later he discovered that music was the best way to express himself. This was due to the fact that his nephew had already started to explore making beats and recording vocals on his computer. Together they developed a hobby that slowly turned into an addiction. They created song after song. Some were better than others, but the young boys always enjoyed the process.
After years Jimbo and his nephew created their own sound by combining different urban styles like Hiphop and House music.
