Jimmee Music

After attending Millikin University as a Commercial Music major, Jalen “Jimmee” Morris Eskridge chose to direct the fruit of his studies into writing, recording and performing music of his own; creating music that he states, “sounds like music he would listen to.”

In the midsummer of 2020, he released his first project, “The Vibes”, the first of a trilogy of smaller projects. In the early fall, he released his experimental second entry, “vibe and chill”. Later that fall, he released his most popular original, “FEEL”. In the summer of 2021, he released the third and final EP of the trilogy, “VIBES AND HEARTBREAK”, and later released the final of ‘The Vibes Era’, “ - the immaculate vibes”, which featured “So Pretty”, and “Night”.

After a year hiatus, he returned with his new project, <a href="spotify:album:7pqCCIY2qLHG2RS9G4Mpiq" data-name="LVRBOI">LVRBOI</a>, a collaborative EP with producer duo Smiles&amp;Miles. He then released a collaborative single with JD Sour, <a href="spotify:track:22AyBQak6viNPyZg50c5IF" data-name="forgetnever">forgetnever</a>. In 2022, he announced his final Jimmee Music project, <a href="spotify:album:48TvzXN41rhL4cPLzLQMuV" data-name="oh me, oh my (a coda)">oh me, oh my (a coda)</a>, as an ending to this chapter of his artistic journey and onto new heights as <a href="spotify:artist:5iAuU2BRen6CehDJzeV8he" data-name="callmejimmee">callmejimmee</a>
