Jimmy Willden Band

Jimmy Willden, an award winning filmmaker and writer has an arresting brand of folk rock that brings to mind the sounds of late 60s/early 70s soul coupled with modern alternative-rock, creating a sound all of its own. It’s somewhere between the world-weary angst of Jackson Browne and the edgy restlessness of Foo Fighters frontman, Dave Grohl. His songs are compelling and catchy and draw the listener to focus on not only the music itself, but the story inside of the song. Willden has been on two national tours, having already toured the West Coast in 2006 and the East Coast in 2015 in support of his first big breakthrough album, “Melodies Of The Aftermath”, which featured the lead single, “Stuck in Love” and garnered a ton of airplay across the nation, and in the U.K.

After a short hiatus, Willden is back and more energized than ever. With his new drive and sense of purpose, he has released his new album, “So Much Stuff. So Many Things.” with the first single “Barefoot & Naked” already on the airwaves. Summer and fall tour right around the corner!
