I am Jinxy from the UK. @JinxyBaby is a synthpop, deephouse, and eloctropop musical vengeance project that I run, writing music about my past and growing up through some bad relationships. I’m hellbent on getting payback through an eclectic mix of musical genres and art.
My favourite artists are Grimes, Alice Glass, My Chemical Romance and HIM. A strange mix I understand but I pretty much love everything! I used to say that I couldn’t deal with country and rap but I think I was an uneducated child thinking all rappers we Eminem and Lil Wayne (not to bash or anything! Just not my stuff I guess!) but grimes made country a more open genre to me and Ash Nikko absolutely kicks major butt!
Here’s some things that you may wanna know because why not!
I was severely bullied through primary school, high school and here and there in college and university for being a strange e-girl before that was socially acceptable, being pansexual and for over all just not fitting in. I wasn’t an especially good-looking child either to put I lightly. Tiny lips, a little chubby, looking like truffle-shuffle kid from Goonies. 2010 was a time.
I have been raised as a wiccan/pagan sort of thing by my mum and my first ever spell was when I was 3 years old to help us and the other family living with us to move from the flat we shared to a house each in a month! It worked!
Drawing back on that, many of these bullies have been hexed into the undergrowth and I feel absolutely no remorse xoxo
