Jirehca

Jirehca (pronounced 'jai-ruh-kuh') is an independent singer-songwriter artist who makes gospel-rooted music and Christ-centered productions at the heart of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

Her soulful sound is inspired and influenced by her walk with Jireh. Overcoming her 3-year battle with an autoimmune disease called Mysthenia Gravis is one of her many adventures with The God of Heaven's Armies that has refined her and her music through the years. Out from her episodes of endurance came a series of abundance of melodies and lyrics that resound the symphony of salvation, amplify the anthem of hope and glorify the name of Jesus.

Her debut single, ‘Second To None’ talks about The Author of life and how there’s no sweeter surrender and more worthwhile pursuit than seeking, trusting and loving His Word that’s supernatural, true and final. She aspires to make music that encourages struggling souls to taste and see the heart and hand of The Great I Am with the help of Gospel Contemporary R&B, Indie Pop and Jazz Blues.

She is the Music & Creative Director of her home church and has worked on worship albums in 2014 ('The Living Gates of Praise') and 2016 ('Yahweh') as a contributing composer, singer and record producer. She’s passionately and patiently working on releasing more of her own singles and a full album in the future.
