Ring Road - A Journey Back to the Classics

It all began in May 2022. My wife and I were driving along the legendary Route 66 in the U.S., when we stumbled upon an old saloon where The Beatles were blasting out of the speakers. At that moment, inspiration struck, and I realized what I truly wanted: to create my own album, filled with my own songs, written and recorded in the style of The Beatles.

After years of working on countless music projects and writing even more songs, the seed was finally planted. A year later, the timing and circumstances were perfect. I reached out to my writing companions, Patrick and Marco, to join me on this adventure. I got a band together, booked a studio, hired a string and horn section, and Ring Road was born.

The album consists of 12 songs, like 12 exits on the ring road, each one offering its own story. The songs are about positivity, love, and optimism, all wrapped up in that classic vibe of the '60s and '70s. With its retro sound and heartfelt songwriting, Ring Road is a journey back to the timeless music that inspires us all.
